Mugwort is a deeply lunar plant, and so this summer solstice made infusion really brings the 'light bringer' aspects out to the fore. As an aromatic digestive bitter, it works to warm, stimulate and support the digestion, and thanks to the honey it is infused in, this Mugwort preparation is not just palatable but delicious! (bitters can be tasty too!) A wonderful way to support underactive or ‘cold’ digestive function (think indigestion, some types of reflux, poor assimilation of proteins and minerals).
It is also an excellent menstrual regulator, brings relief to many PMS presentations, and supports good sleep and lucid dreaming. It brings a guiding light to our journeying through the night realms, and pulls our dreams into manifestation through illumination, self-certainty and courage. I love using this elixir on busy work days when I want to stay connected to my intuition without flying away! Very grounding - a really special medicine.

USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Take 1-3 droppers full, 1-3 times daily either on its own, in a little water, or in a warm (not boiling) beverage such as chai, cacao or herbal tea. Can also be added to an altar or as a dedication to the Moon.
