This vinegar can be taken neat (10-20ml or an intuitive splash!) as a daily immune tonic, or to support clearing coughs, colds and sore throats. Vitamin C rich, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, clears respiratory phlegm, antibacterial and supports general immunity at 10ml 1-3x daily. 5ml 1-2 twice daily for kids 4+. Can be a potent taste on it's own, so dilute in a little room temp/warm water if desired. Also supports digestive fire and can enhance appetite. Can be used as a delicious and immune boosting salad

200ml of the Garlic and Rosehip Oxymel in a clear flask shaped bottle with silver lid, and an info card with care instructions and serving suggestion. Contains approx 10-20 doses depending on how generous your serve sizes are.
USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1/2 a tablespoon or so (5-10ml) can be taken neat or with some room temperature water, 1-3x daily to support the clearing of coughs, colds or excess mucous. 5ml 1-2x twice daily for kids 4+.
NOTE: Little floaties in your vinegar are a testament to it being a fermented product. If you notice a ‘disc-like growth’ forming on top of the vinegar that isn’t furry/fuzzy like mold, then huzzah! You have a scoby - a colony of good bacteria that you also find in kombucha, and apple cider vinegar ‘with the mother’.
Oxymels tend to have an immortally long shelf life, but are best used within 24 months. Store in a cool, dark place to lengthen it’s life.

SAFETY & CAUTIONS
Apple Cider Vinegar and these herbs are generally considered safe, and all of them are culinary and edible. Some may be sensitive to the warming nature of this preparation, in which case cease use. May worsen reflux if stomach acid is too high. Caution is recommended with blood thinning medications due to garlic's similar ability to thin the blood. Do not use if you have sensitivity to the Allium family.
