Yarrow essence is the great regulator of the flow of blood and life-force. For those struggling to protect themselves, it shores up the boundaries, creating better capacity for holding oneself as a vessel. It is an excellent ally for filtering out the energetic or ethereal noise in our environment that can pierce through our body and jangle our nerves, bringing clarity and calm. It can be used to clear your space or oneself before healing, reflective or sacred practices. As this essence was infused at night under a waning gibbous moon, it will be particularly attuned to the emotional body and subtle energies thereof.

As a Herbal Medicine, Yarrow drains stagnant blood, directs it where it’s needed, bringing it’s healing touch as it moves to the blood’s boundaries - the vessels. This activity is mirrored in the aura, purifying our auric energy, regulating the flow in and out, and bringing balance and protection to the edges of the energy body. Without an intact vessel, the fluids and energies of the body cannot be contained and held in service to the life they belong to. A remedy for the bleeding heart, whose emotions pour out without volition or ability for containment. Yarrow stabilises but doesn’t stiffen our boundaries, so we can feel deeply through discerning permeability, rather than experiencing too much or too little protection. USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Internal Application: Flower Essences can be taken internally in drop doses, and is recommended at seven drops twice daily for lasting effects and facilitating deeper change, while seven drops as needed offers a more temporary or transient shift towards the gifts and expressions of the essence. It can be used more frequently on an as needed/acute basis.

External Application: Used topically you can add a few drops to acupressure or pulse points such as the wrists, neck, or third eye. It can also be added to creams, baths, altars, or used for ritual practice.
